The Message Network Technology

A modular, multi-network, multi-frequency community broadcasting tcl-script for eggdrop ircbots.
You can obtain the script, that is needed to run an own message network here as well as getting some infos about Mnet.

This was a message sent out to the AQ2 Message Network to finally declare this script open for all.

This script is widely in use by the AQ2 Message Broadcasting Network. Having over 160 channels already, the bot serves a big part of the aq2-community - making announcements, like a release of a new map, really easy. At the moment, the aq2-bot ist mostly used for clanwar-searches, which really shows how the users appreciate it as a service. To request a broadcasting bot for the AQ2-Network, goto irc to #messagenet in irc.quakenet.org. #messagenet is the home irc-channel of the technology as well as the home for the AQ2-Broadcasting Network. Or .. see contact.
There are already some warnings given out to some people to prevent them from spamming things that are not allowed by the usage-rules. See MnetAq2Warnings and hope, you are not listed :)
