Please see the LICENSE file for further information. mnet.tcl is GPLed software. (1) WHAT IS MNET.TCL? mnet.tcl is a plug in for the popular IRC bot system "Eggdrop". Eggdrop is one of the most popular IRC bots, extendable by using TCL scripts. mnet.tcl is one of those scripts. It provides functionality for a meta-channel communication network. Each bot being part of that network grabs a centralized configuration, joins the channels designated and listens for messages directed to it. botnet! (2) PREREQUISITES There's four simple steps before you can install and make full use of mnet.tcl. 1. eggdrop Of course, you need to be a host of your very own eggdrop bot. Basic understanding of its principles is a must. 2. tcllib 3. tclxml mnet.tcl needs tclxml to parse its centralized network configuration file. It is designed using well-formed XML markup. 4. Botnet (3) HOW TO OBTAIN MNET.TCL Head over to http://mnet.quadaver.net and follow instructions given over there. If you need any assistance, see this file's chapter 7.
